Vendor Information
Booth numbers will be assigned at check-in at 12 pm. Setup will be from 12 pm to 2 pm. There is a parking lot in Bayne Park to unload and teardown, but once everything has been unloaded, you must move your car. Each vendor will have one parking space at Northwest Bank (entrance on Lincoln Avenue). Please park at the back of the lot if you arrive before 12 pm. Additional parking can be found on Teece Avenue between North Balph and North Sprague, and a municipal parking lot on North Sprague. Teardown will be from 6 pm to 8 pm. All vendors must leave Bayne Park by 8 pm. Please pick up all your garbage before you leave.
Vendors are required to bring their own booths, tents, and chairs. Please let us know if your booth requires electricity.
Vendor fees are non refundable, even if you are unable to attend Bellevue Pride.
