Vendor Information
Booth numbers will be assigned at check-in at 12 pm. Setup will be from 12 pm to 2 pm. Each vendor will have one parking space at Northwest Bank (entrance on Lincoln Avenue). Please park at the back of the lot if you arrive before 12 pm. Teardown will be from 6 pm to 8 pm. All vendors must leave Bayne Park by 8 pm. Please pick up all your garbage before you leave.
Vendors are required to bring their own booths, tents, and chairs. Please let us know if your booth requires electricity.
Vendor fees are non refundable, even if you are unable to attend Bellevue Pride.
